Frayer & Judge has built a strong relationship with the Housing Development Corporation and has partnered with them several times over the years. We are excited about this new venture in Chamblee just inside Atlanta’s I285 and close to the Peachtree Dekalb Airport. Avion, currently in progress, will feature 12 new townhomes offering 3 different floor plans. Each townhome will be 2 stories with a terrace level and garage. These are set to be completed April 2024.
