Partial Renovation

The homeowners of this beautiful 1-acre lot that includes a 335-foot border on Fernbank Forest in Dekalb County hired Frayer & Judge for this major renovation. The scope of work included a rear addition to the existing single-story structure to include the addition of a new primary suite including bedroom, walk in closet, and bathroom. The kitchen also got a full renovation with a clean modern style. Renovations on the main floor and in the basement included bathrooms and kitchenet. On the exterior, our team tore down the front porch, rebuilt it with a new roof and columns, and replaced the front door. We expanded the rear parking pad and added a new septic tank and drain fields.
