Vinings Vintage was started in April of 2003 by TCB & Associates with 282 home sites of which TCB & Associates built 268 homes and sold the remaining 14 lots to Frayer & Judge Construction. Many times, we see large developers buy large chunks of land, build on the lots that are “easy” and then have a different developer take the more challenging lots. At the time Frayer & Judge had just completed 23 homes in East Village Park so timing was excellent for us to pick up these remaining lots in Vinings Vintage.
